Mr. Praveen Maratha has extensive experience in Corporate & Commercial laws, Industrial law, Banking and Finance matters, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Arbitration, Real Estate and Municipal laws etc. He has successfully represented many reputed Public limited companies, Private limited companies and statutory corporations in matters before the Honorable Supreme Court of India, Mumbai high court, Various State High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Courts and Labour Courts cum Industrial Tribunals etc. He is a member of the prestigious Law and Justice committee of the PHD chamber of Commerce and Industry and is actively involved in representing the member companies before various administrative bodies including the Union Law Ministry.
